It was the Glamour Boys’ first win of the season, while Simba Bhora fell for to their first loss.
Dembare are one of only four teams yet to lose this season.
Andrew Mbeba gave Highlanders what appeared to be a late winner, but Scottland got a late equaliser at the death.
